Ideal cream for the preparation of baked goods, filled pasta, fillings in general.
COLD:
Dissolve 350 g of preparation in 1500 g of water and 10 g of sunflower seed oil, taking care that no lumps form, mix until it reaches a dense state and leave to rest for a few minutes or dilute according to your needs.
It is also used directly in powder form, to dry pasta fillings and give greater consistency and creaminess after cooking.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months in intact original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
